To schedule a DUET apparatus session: We require our clients to find their duet partner prior to scheduling any duet sessions.
To schedule a GROUP apparatus session: We require new clients to complete at least 5 private training session prior to group class entry. Only 5 spaces available - be sure to reserve your spot! OR gather a group of at least 3 people and email Jessie with days and times that work for you! She'll find you a trainer!
Private Apparatus (55 min): Pilates Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus in a one on one setting.
Duet Apparatus (55 min): Two clients to one trainer making use of the Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus. *Must have partner prior to purchase
Small Group Apparatus (55 min): Pilates Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus in groups of 4-5. *Must have 3-4 people to hold group sessions
Pilates Mat (60 min): Open level Pilates mat class with a strong focus on the core, designed to promote strength, flexibility, and muscle balance for healthy, graceful, fluid, and pain-free movement.
Pilates Foundations (60 min): Pilates mat class that is perfect for the beginner and the experienced student alike. Gain a greater understanding of the exercises and the principles they stem from.
Pilates Prop/Balance Class (45 min): A class designed for people ages 60+. Make use of the various Pilates props while strengthening your core, working on balance, and maintaining range of motion/flexibility.
Gentle Flow Yoga (45 min): A calming, slow paced yoga class designed to stretch and strengthen while reducing stress. Emphasis is on alignment and bringing awareness to the breath and body. Perfect for beginners but recommended for all levels looking for a relaxing and restorative experience.
Intro to Yoga (60 min): This beginning class introduces basic yoga postures, gentle stretching, low impact strengthening and relaxation techniques. Emphasis is placed on alignment, stability and breath. This is the perfect class for the new yogi, someone who needs a refresher course or even the seasoned yogi who desires a slow paced session. All levels are always welcome!
