If you're a returning client, feel free to email Jessie or contact your trainer directly to schedule your next session. (Recurring weekly sessions are available!)
To schedule a Duet apparatus session: We require our clients to find their duet partner prior to scheduling any duet sessions. Once a partner is found, email Jessie or your trainer with days and times that work for both of you!
To schedule a Group apparatus session: We require new clients to complete at least 3 private training session prior to Group class entry. For OPEN classes, click the "schedulicity" sign-up below and look in our "classes" section to sign up. Only 5 spaces available - be sure to reserve your spot! OR gather a group of 3 and email Jessie with days and times that work for you! She'll find you a trainer!

Private Apparatus (55 min): Pilates Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus in a one on one setting.
Duet Apparatus (55 min): Two clients to one trainer making use of the Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus. *Must have partner prior to purchase
Small Group Apparatus (55 min): Pilates Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus in groups of 4-5. *Must have 3-4 people to hold group sessions
Meditation Class (60 min): Learn the benefits of meditation and Reiki with our certified Reiki Practitioner, Joyce Levin. Join us in a journey to inner peace and personal transformation. Learn how to meditate and all about the healing powers of Reiki. "Release what no longer serves you." Sign up for a 4 week workshop for $60 or drop in for $20. (all levels welcome)
Mat Class "BAM Mat" (45 min):| breathe | align | move | Mat exercises with a strong focus on the core, designed to promote strength, flexibility, and muscle balance for healthy, graceful, fluid, and pain-free movement. *Must have 3-4 people to hold group sessions
Senior Pilates Prop Class (55 min): A class designed for people ages 60+. Make use of the various Pilates props while strengthening your core, working on balance, and maintaining range of motion/flexibility.
Gentle Flow Yoga (60 min): A calming, slow paced yoga class designed to stretch and strengthen while reducing stress. Emphasis is on alignment and bringing awareness to the breath and body. Perfect for beginners but recommended for all levels looking for a relaxing and restorative experience.
Yoga for Runners (60 min): Come practice this gentle flow yoga to balance your body and mind. This class will help improve your running performance, reduce injury, relieve stress, and increase mindfulness. This practice will help relieve tension in your hips, quads, hamstrings, and other problematic areas for runners. (all levels | drops ins welcome)
BAM Stretch (45 min): A gentle 45 minute full body stretch on the mat and at the ballet barre. Designed to increase flexibility/range of motion, reduce muscle soreness, improve muscular balance, and relieve stress. This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
