To schedule a Duet apparatus session: We require our clients to find their duet partner prior to scheduling any duet sessions. Once a partner is found, email Jessie or your trainer with days and times that work for both of you!
To schedule a Group apparatus session: *ONLINE SIGN-UP REQUIRED* We require new clients to complete at least 1 private training session prior to Group class entry. After that, click the "schedulicity" sign-up below. Look in our "classes" section and sign up right online. Only 4 spaces available - be sure to reserve your spot! Group classes are held EVERY DAY this summer - check the schedule for times! To schedule a mat class: Click the "Schedulicity" sign-up below. Look in our "classes" section and sign up online quickly and easily! B.A.M. Mat held Monday night from 6-7pm and Saturday Mornings from 10-11am. Barre held Thursday night from 7-8pm.

Private Apparatus (55 min): Pilates Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus in a one on one setting.
Duet Apparatus (55 min): Two clients to one trainer making use of the Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus. *Must have partner prior to purchase
Small Group Apparatus (55 min): Pilates Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus in groups of 4-5. *Must have 3-4 people to hold group sessions
Meditation Class (60 min): Learn the benefits of meditation and Reiki with our certified Reiki Practitioner, Joyce Levin.
B.A.M. Mat (60 min): | breathe | align | move | This mat class offers a strong focus on the core. Designed to promote strength, flexibility, and muscle balance for healthy, graceful, fluid, and pain-free movement. *Must have 4 people to hold class
Barre (60 min):A combination of Pilates, Ballet, and Yoga exercises to strengthen, lengthen, and build lean muscle without any impact. This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. *Must have 4 people to hold class
